I hope you had a wonderful weekend and are looking forward to a new week.
I’m starting something new that is a little frightening to me but I feel very strongly about. I am starting a weekly email to check in with you. I want to know how you are really doing. You are receiving this either because we have had conversations about mental health or simply because you are on my mind.
You may or may not know that life is a daily and constant struggle for me. Depression, anxiety and being diagnosed as bipolar are battles that I fight every minute of every day. It hurts and it’s scary and it hurts. You might know how I feel or you might know someone who struggles but whatever it is I simply want you to know that you are loved and you are not alone.

My goal is to step outside of myself and reach out to others. So I will be sending emails every Monday with words of love and encouragement, maybe even some humor and some interesting facts.
So, please, please, please know that you are loved. You are not alone. You are important with something meaningful to do today.
